Hi, this is Tianhui Liu! I’m currently a PhD student at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), supervised by Prof. Pan Hui and Prof. Yong Li, and as a member of FIBLAB, Tsinghua University. I also work closely with Prof. Jie Feng from Zhongguancun Academy. Previously, I received my B.Eng. degree from School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University in 2025.

My research centers on spatial intelligence empowered by large vision-language models (LVLM), toward urban science applications. I aim to develop visually grounded, cognitively inspired spatial understanding and reasoning systems to model, perceive, and reason about real-world urban environments.
